Is falling in love wrong?

With the wrong person—
sometimes, yes.

Because love can feel real
even when it isn’t safe.

They hold you,
kiss you,
say they mean it—

and in that moment,
you believe them.

That is how love works.

But when it breaks—
it breaks deeply.

Moving on
is the hardest part
when feelings remain
for someone
who hurt you.

The longer you loved them,
the harder it is
to stop.

Bitterness grows.
Anger follows.

And life feels stuck
in a place
you wish you had never been.

Even when you move forward—
with someone new
or alone—

the pain can stay
for a long time.

Trust must be rebuilt.

And that
is not easy.

just back

Not drunk.

Just one and a half bitters.

to midnight.

It may not be something
to be proud of—

but it could be worse.

And yes—
it could be better.

we are told
not to hope too much.

Jobs are hard to find.

I cannot work right now.

I don’t know
what I want to do
when I return to college.

But I have passed exams.

And maybe
they will help
with my voluntary work
with Mencap.

So where do I go
from here?

Where is the light
at the end
of the tunnel?
