Anger often reacts to something happening right now.

Anger and Anxiety Are Different

But they are connected.

Both can:

  • Make it hard to think clearly

How Anxiety and Anger Can Link

Sometimes:

  • Anger can make anxiety worse

This can feel like a loop.

Anger Can Be Healthy

Anger is not bad.

Anger can:

  • Tell us something is wrong

Anger is like pressure in a bubble.
If it builds up too much, it can burst.
