  • Back Pain

    • Discomfort in muscles or spine

    • Can make moving, sitting, or standing painful

    • Support: rest, physiotherapy, pain relief, exercise

  • Bipolar I & II Disorders

    • Mood swings between highs (mania/hypomania) and lows (depression)

    • Highs: very energetic, excited, sometimes reckless

    • Lows: very sad, tired, losing interest in activities

    • Support: medication, therapy, lifestyle changes

  • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

    • Emotional instability, difficulty managing feelings

    • Problems with relationships, self-image, and mood

    • Support: therapy (DBT), medication, support networks

  • Bulimia Nervosa

    • Eating disorder with cycles of overeating and purging

    • Can cause physical health problems and emotional distress

    • Support: therapy, nutrition advice, medical care

How it can feel / affect someone:

  • Feeling anxious, sad, or angry

  • Trouble at school, work, or with friends

  • Feeling frustrated or isolated

Support or coping strategies:

  • Talk to a doctor, nurse, or mental health professional

  • Use relaxation or mindfulness exercises

  • Ask for help from family, friends, or support groups
