🧠 1. WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH?
Mental health is how we:

React to life

Depression
💡 Mental illness is:
Not a choice
Not weakness
Something that needs support
🔍 3. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL ILLNESS
| Mental Health | Mental Illness |
|---|---|
| Everyone has it | Not everyone has it |
| Can change daily | Usually longer-term |
| Can be positive or negative | A diagnosed condition |
👉 You can have poor mental health without a mental illness.
👉 You can have a mental illness but still have good days.
🧩 4. WHAT IS A LEARNING DISABILITY?
A learning disability means a person:
Finds it harder to learn new things
May need help with daily tasks

Communication
Memory
⚠️ 5. LEARNING DISABILITY IS NOT THE SAME AS:
Dyslexia
Dyscalculia
ADHD
👉 These are learning difficulties, not disabilities.
🔗 6. HOW LEARNING DISABILITY AND MENTAL HEALTH ARE LINKED
People with learning disabilities:
May be more at risk of mental health problems

Stress
👉 This does NOT mean something is wrong with them.
