My Story

  • Born with epilepsy (lack of oxygen)

  • Seizures until 12 → stopped

  • Returned 31–43 → now seizure-free

  • Everyone is affected differently

Seizure Types

  • Absence: short staring spells, stop moving, blink/lips move

  • Tonic-clonic: full-body shaking

  • Chronic tonic: stiffness

Support

  • Medicine, doctors, teachers, carers help stay safe
